We in no way accept any liability should the seller (owner), Contractor or sub-contractor or real estate agents wrongly represent themselves. We recommend that prior to signing any legal documents both the seller and the purchaser consult with their respective legal counsel to ensure that everything is satisfactory within the contract. We shall not be held responsible for the work of a contractor or the sub-contractor or the hirer. We recommend doing a background check in all cases. We are not responsible for the information provided by contractor, sub-contractor or the hirer.

Marutidevelopment.ca although all the listings are screened for appropriate information, we still reserve the right to cancel, delete or refuse the submission. We are not going to act on behalf of buyer, seller, Trades people or Real Estate agent. All listings will become inactive after 8 weeks. You can log back in to refresh the listing.
